  • Late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged the full treatment price.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed services unless required by law.

 

4. Product Orders & Shipping

  • Orders placed via our website are subject to availability.

  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges (Products)

  • For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless faulty.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
